In general if you operate under 10 vehicles you are probably better off with the web system, when you reach 10 vehicles you can still easily just use the web service but we do offer a desktop add on to the web service which for a small annual fee enables you to have the system live in your office, you can do more with the desktop version than the web service and of course you can stay connected all the time and see live data all the time.

When you reach 100 vehicles, although you can still have the web service, it makes financial sense to have the standalone desktop version. This gives you total control of the system and the vehicles report direct to your computer rather than via the webserver, it requires an constant internet connection with a fixed IP address and a bit of technical knowledge doesn't go wrong either!

If the initial purchase price is over £1000 we can also offer leasing through a third party company, subject to underwriting.

Apart from the sim card connection fee there are no extra's required to use the system but there are a couple of enhancements available at extra cost:

Google maps are available for only £20.00 per vehicle per year payable yearly in advance

Reporting frequency increased to every 2 minutes when moving for only £5.00 per vehicle per month

Desktop add on for web system costs £99 + annual NAVTEQ map licence (£12 pvpa, Min £275pa)

Please note there is a £10.00 connection fee for each sim card added to your first monthly invoice.

Order & Payment Schedule

1. Decide you are happy to go ahead and use the system and request the paperwork be emailed to you
2. We will email you the contract forms and a pro forma invoice to allow for time for your accounts department to process it prior to the tracking units being ready for shipment
3. Complete the credit check form and fax to Stream Communications
4. If successful complete the contract and direct debit forms and post the original signed forms direct to Stream Communications (Please note the contract requires to be initialed on each page)
5. We will contact you once all the forms are received and accepted to agree when you would like your units shipped.
6. We will connect the sim cards and program the units 2 days prior to shipping.
7. On receipt of payment we will ship your units, we accept credit cards, BACS payments, cheque's or cash.
