This page explains our subscription options, how we will invoice you and how we accept payments, it is important you understand this before making a purchase.
When you make your first purchase this will normally be made online and full payment should ideally be made by credit card at the time of purchase, if this is not possible and you wish to send a cheque then your purchases will not be despatched until payment has cleared in our bank account.
You will need to complete a direct debit form (download here) and return this to us if you are purchasing any product with a subscription, please note if you have paid by credit card we can despatch your product unactivated if you are in a rush to fit the unit(s), activation will take place once your direct debit form has been received and confirmed valid.
All our customers will have a direct debit set up on initial purchase for subscriptions, if you wish to purchase additional products you will have the option of either paying by credit card at the time of purchase or paying by direct debit.
All invoices will be delivered in electronic format, either as a pdf or if you wish using transaction email.
